Q3 was a good quarter for ServiceNow India filled with accolades, an acquisition, launch of an innovation centre and CSR initiatives. The quarter was off to a great start where we won the Zinnov Awards for the category “Champions of Unlocking Centre Value – Engineering Research and Development Emerging” which was a great achievement for us as its awarded to companies that are rapidly evolving from being a cost centre to a value creation centre and this was the first time the India centre was recognized in this category. We were also re-certified by Great place to work for a second time and were also the recipient to India’s Best Workplaces™ for Millennials 2023 for the very first time.
The quarter was also rewarding in terms of an acquisition where G2K, an award-winning AI-powered smart IoT leader delivering innovative solutions in retail and other industries was acquired. With the integration of G2K’s AI capabilities on the ServiceNow’s Now Platform, we become one of the only companies enabling businesses to intelligently action digital and in-store data with enterprise-grade workflows.
With a decade since setting up a ServiceNow site here in Hyderabad, we unveiled our innovation centreduring the quarter with the purpose to empower enterprises with business service transformation and support people gain new digital skills through various on-demand training sessions with academia, customers and partners who’ve committed to skilling Indian citizens. This centre becomes an important aspect towards making ServiceNow THE intelligent platform for end-to-end digital transformation in India.
With a big focus on giving back to the community we work in; as phase-1 we adopted 5 new tribal villages and have provided means of livelihood for families within these particularly vulnerable tribal groups bringing them above the poverty line. Other areas of support include education, health, and sustainability benefiting over 300 families.
