5th July 2024: HYSEA had an incredible time welcoming our new members! The networking meeting with the HYSEA Leadership team was filled with insightful discussions and exciting plans for the future. Since 1991, HYSEA has been instrumental in shaping the IT landscape in Hyderabad. Its vision is to position Hyderabad as a leading intellectual capital globally, focusing on export-oriented IT services and product organisations.
The meeting began with an Inspiring welcome note by Prashanth Nandella, President, HYSEA on the road map of HYSEA for 2024-26. He and executive committee members talked about the four pillars of the road map.
- Member Engagement – with regular networking events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among members with a focus on
- Structured, curated and frequent initiatives to cater to various segments & interests of members – Senior leaders and their employees
- CSR – Education and Environment
These initiatives are tied to a structured feedback system to ensure your voice is heard and your needs are addressed
- Future Readiness – with a series of innovation initiatives, advanced training programs and workshops tailored to the latest industry trends and technologies
- Start-up Ecosystem – Market access; Investor ecosystem
- Talent Transformation – Skilling, Reskilling with a focus on Job preparedness
- Leadership Development Programs – across different domains, emerging technologies and general management areas
These initiatives include establishing mentorship programs to support emerging leader within our communities
- Thought Leadership – by building alliances with key industry stakeholders to drive forward our collective agenda
- Provide a support system to senior industry leaders
- Leaders will be supported through events, informative sessions, and knowledge assets encompassing both broad industry level topics and those applicable to specific segments
These initiatives are intended to offer detailed market research reports and insights to assist Senior Executives in their strategic decision-making
- Government Relations & Policy Advocacy – by strengthening our efforts in advocating for policies that benefit the IT industry, ensuring your interests are represented at all levels of government
- Influence policies that are important for our members
- Continuously Improve collaboration & partnership with the industry ecosystem and various government agencies and departments to address the needs of our Industry including infrastructure, skilling etc.
These priorities are designed to ensure that our association remains at the forefront of industry developments and continues to deliver tangible benefits to all our members. We are committed to working tirelessly to bring these plans to fruition and to support you in achieving your business goals and also help place Hyderabad on the global map and make Hyderabad the AI capital of India.
The networking session ended with all 30 new members introducing their companies and their expectations from HYSEA as an Industry body.
