16 March 2023: The first programme of HYSEA & TASK’s “Ignite Spark” program was held, with an emphasis on encouraging a “Growth Mindset.” The event was hosted by Neeraja Vijender, Director & Head of Operations at HYSEA, and featured presentations from Ms. Uma Gogineni, Chief Peoples Officer of Valuemomentum, and Ms. Manisha Saboo, President of HYSEA and VP & Centre Head of Infosys SEZ, Hyd. The purpose of the event was to motivate students to make significant strides towards success and personal improvement while stressing that change happens gradually. Over 1150 people got guidance on developing a resilient and persistent mindset throughout the course of the program.
