In the last quarter, Broadridge India has achieved several significant milestones that highlight our focus on business innovation and dedication to empowering associates. We are proud of the positive impact we are creating in the industry and community for women, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We are extremely proud to have been recognized as one of India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women in 2023 by the Great Place to Work Institute. This honour is a testament to our robust policies and programs to build a connected and inclusive workplace where women can thrive and grow. We were earlier awarded the prestigious Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Recognition at the HYSEA ESG Conclave 2023. Our participation in an ESG roundtable further showcased our efforts in sustainable community development, employee engagement, and social welfare.

ET Edge recognized us as one of the Best Tech Brands of 2023 acknowledging our continuous efforts to bring innovative solutions to the market. We showcased this through industry interventions at CII Telangana IT Conclave 2023 (BondGPT), Global Fintech Fest 2023 (transformative potential of blockchain technology in global payments), and TechSparks 2023.

We are building internal knowledge both inorganically and through structured interventions. This quarter, we had Kiran Mushnuri and Sudheer Bandaru, who shared their expertise in enterprise architecture and product development. Internal structured interventions included training on Design Thinking, Speed Mentoring, and Personal Branding.
