Originally starting with 98 students, Disha-Chord has now served over 1,000 students since its inception, reflecting its growing impact. The school employs a team of 12 qualified teachers who are committed to imparting knowledge and fostering a supportive learning environment. Berkadia announced today the launch of an internal and secure AI-based virtual assistant, “Berkie.” This technology is to be used to assist with answering questions, summarizing information, with task-oriented activities, and writing text or code.
This AI-based virtual assistant is already available to Berkadia employees. With a significant, long-term investment in technology and proprietary data gleaned from properties and markets across the country, Berkadia continues to develop industry-leading technology.
