IdeateX, launched in 2022, reflects this commitment by blending the crowd-sourced creativity of our enterprise-level ‘Big Idea Forum’ with the disciplined innovation principles of Toyota’s Kaizen.
The intent is simple: turn everyday observations into measurable business value. By promoting cognitive diversity and cross-functional collaboration, IdeateX has become a unique differentiator – enabling faster idea generation, sharper problem-solving, and breakthrough thinking from all levels of the organisation in India.
At the grassroots, IdeateX functions as an excellence mechanism. It creates simple, accessible pathways for employees to propose, test, and scale ideas. This has yielded tangible outcomes such as:
- QR code enabled product manuals that improved customer navigation and reduced support queries.Â
- NorBot the Virtual Assistant that resulted in higher impression per message, improved relay and reporting of key messages

The IdeateX journey follows a maturing, three-year excellence framework:
- Year 1 – Crowdsourcing and Discovery: opening channels, collecting ideas broadly, running rapid low-cost experiments to validate value, and encouraging participation.Â
