New Relic : Enabling Women in Tech & Empowering Community; BW Tech Excellence Award Win
New Relic celebrated the incredible success of its Women in Tech Extravaganza at its Hyderabad office, uniting 51 passionate participants. The inspiring event featured talks by industry leaders, deep dives into tech innovations, and valuable networking opportunities over dinner. It was a powerful gathering for developers, architects, and engineers, reinforcing New Relic’s commitment to empowering women in technology. The evening celebrated the brilliance and energy of women who are changing the world with their code and paving the way for future innovation. New Relic’s Chief People Officer, Tracy Williams, traveled to India to take part in the event.
Reinforcing its commitment to local communities, New Relic has partnered with The Akshaya Patra Foundation to support children in Hyderabad. Senior leaders and volunteers from New Relic visited the foundation’s kitchen, witnessing the dedication behind preparing thousands of daily meals. Inspired by the visit, the company’s executive leaders launched a grocery donation drive at their Hyderabad office and collected over 200 kgs of groceries. This initiative highlights New Relic’s dedication to social impact, showcasing how corporate teams can passionately support missions that create brighter futures and uplift the communities where they operate.
We’re also thrilled to announce that New Relic India won the Collaborative IT Project of the Year award at the inaugural BW Tech Excellence Awards!
