The latest quarter of 2025 has been nothing short of remarkable for IntouchCX, a period that celebrated global growth, industry recognitions, and meaningful community impact. In Hyderabad, our team continued to live our philosophy of Scale & Soul by renewing the educational sponsorship program for 100+ children of our extended support staff for a second consecutive year. This initiative, covering school fees through 10th grade, reinforces our long-term commitment to education and social progress locally. We had a special celebration on Teachers’ Day that brought together students, families, and IntouchCX leaders as a statement of purpose, and a reminder that every action we take today shapes the future we want to build, and that collective progress is at the heart of who we are.
In the last few months, we have strengthened our presence in the Middle East by creating 400+ new jobs in Cairo, where we are also celebrating two fantastic years of presence and service. After winning 12 awards in the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards earlier, we were recently recognized and named a Leader in Everest Group’s 2025 CXM Americas PEAK Matrix® Assessment, a Gold winner at the 2025 Globee Awards for Innovation, and one of Forbes’ Best Employers for Company Culture 2025.
