HYSEA, in collaboration with the U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad, hosted an exclusive interaction with Dr. April Herlevi, Senior Research Scientist, Center for Naval Analyses (CNA), Arlington, Virginia.

Dr. April A. Herlevi shared deep insights into how China’s Digital Silk Road is reshaping global digital infrastructure, ranging from undersea cables and data networks to AI, cloud, and telecom systems. The discussion highlighted opportunities for connectivity and technology collaboration, while also addressing critical concerns around data privacy, cybersecurity, resilience, and geopolitical risks that directly impact the IT/ITES sector.
