Since the last two quarters, the company has further strengthened its operational footprint through major telecom deployments and strategic collaborations, reinforcing Hyderabad’s growing reputation as a hub for communication technology innovation. A major highlight during this period has been Deepija’s continued collaboration with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).
As a system integration partner for more than eight years, Deepija has supported the deployment of advanced telecom infrastructure designed to enable scalable communication services for government institutions and enterprises. As part of this collaboration, Deepija has contributed to the rollout of Cloud PBX services within the BSNL Telangana Circle, enabling organizations to adopt modern cloud-based telephony platforms without relying on traditional on-premises hardware infrastructure. The platform offers enterprise-grade capabilities such as virtual receptionists, IVR systems, call recording, conferencing, mobile and desktop softphones, and centralized web-based management, allowing organizations to scale communication operations efficiently while ensuring service reliability and continuity. A key milestone in this partnership has been the deployment of large-scale IVRS infrastructure supporting national utility services, including HP Gas and Bharat Gas booking platforms.
These systems operate over 6,000 IVRS channels and are capable of handling high-volume citizen service interactions reaching up to 16–18 lakh calls per day, demonstrating Deepija’s capability to deliver telecom infrastructure at a significant scale. In addition, Deepija continues to collaborate with organizations in Hyderabad such as GVK EMRI and RCI(Research Center Imarat), delivering scalable customer engagement and communication platforms across healthcare and financial services.
