Empowering Talent, Enabling Impact: The Broadridge India Way

Q1 FY25 was a defining quarter for Broadridge India, one that underscored our position as a future-ready, people-powered, and purpose-driven global fintech leader.

Our commitment to leading the future of work was amplified through academia partnerships with Lovely Professional University and SOA University. These alliances go beyond MoUs as they position Broadridge India at the forefront of shaping a future-ready workforce by aligning academia with real-world, industry-grade capability development, helping build a robust talent pipeline for the fintech ecosystem.

Recognition continued as Broadridge India was listed among India’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work For 2025, and among the Top 25 Best Workplaces in Fintech. These recognitions reflect more than culture, they reinforce our positioning as a trusted, future-forward employer of choice in the fintech space. In a competitive talent market, they signal that Broadridge India is not just a great place to work, it’s one of the best in the country for those looking to grow, innovate, and lead with purpose.

At the leadership level, Sheenam Ohrie was named Asia’s Top Fintech Leader 2025. Broadridge India was also recognized for its innovation and impact across AI excellence (3AI Pinnacle Awards), Blockchain Innovation (ABF Fintech Awards), and Women in Leadership (Titan Conclave).

Building on this momentum, we continued to strengthen our leadership and future readiness by welcoming Biju Raj as COO & Head of Strategy, and Gurudatt Patil as Head of Account Management. We also launched a dedicated Digital Asset Solutions team, a strategic move that positions Broadridge India at the forefront of emerging financial ecosystems. Focused on regulatory alignment and investor education, this team helps clients navigate the evolving digital asset landscape with trust, transparency, and innovation supporting their journey into the future of regulated digital finance.

On the community front, associates built 40+ recycled mobile libraries, donated over 1,000 books, and raised funds for NGO’s during Happiness Fest, where Broadridge matched every rupee to double the impact. The inauguration of a new Bridge Camp Home for 75 underserved girls furthered our commitment to education-led empowerment.
