45th edition of the HYSEA Leadership Development Program

November 15th, 22nd, 29th & December 6th 2025 : HYSEA proudly congratulates 77 emerging leaders from 35+ member organizations on successfully completing all 14 sessions of the 45th edition of the HYSEA Leadership Development Program (LDP), conducted over four enriching weekends.

This cohort’s dedication, active participation, and commitment to personal growth truly stood out. The program brought together future-ready leaders from diverse organizations, offering a powerful platform to learn directly from seasoned leadership practitioners who shared real-world experiences, life lessons, and actionable insights.

Over the past four weekends, 75+ participants immersed themselves in thought-provoking sessions delivered by accomplished leaders across domains—each session designed to help participants navigate the evolving leadership landscape with confidence and clarity.


Program Highlights

🔹 Leadership Visibility & Executive Presence
Kiran Cherukuri delivered a compelling session emphasizing why visibility matters as much as capability in today’s leadership journey. From executive presence and communication mastery to digital visibility and a practical 90-day personal branding blueprint, participants gained tools to stand out with purpose and confidence.

🔹 Mentoring & Coaching in an AI-Enabled World
Prashanti Bodugum explored the future of mentoring and coaching in a multi-generational, AI-powered workplace. Discussions on reverse mentoring, blended AI + human coaching, and the GROW framework highlighted how leaders must continuously evolve to stay impactful.

🔹 Leading in a VUCA / BANI World
Narry (Narsimha Rao Mannepalli) closed the day with deep insights into leading through uncertainty and complexity. Key themes included resilience, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and data-driven agility—all critical for modern leadership.

🔹 Decision Making & Thinking Skills
V Laxmikanth (VLK), Managing Partner at Pavestone, conducted a powerful masterclass on decision-making and strategic thinking, drawing from over 35 years of global leadership experience across strategy, innovation, and M&A. Participants gained practical frameworks on how effective leaders analyze, think, and decide.

🔹 Employee Engagement & Empowerment
Uma Gogineni, Chief People Officer and President – Technology Centre at ValueMomentum, delivered an insightful session on employee engagement and empowerment, offering valuable perspectives on communication, collaboration, and leading diverse, multicultural teams.
