HYSEA organised an important webinar on ‘Evolving face of Sexual Harassment in changing Workplaces’ to understand the applicability of the POSH Act, 2013 in the context of remote working and Hybrid work environments. The webinar also covered trends and cases that got reported during remote working in the pandemic and efficacy of the law in addressing them. The expert panel  was moderated by Mr. Vinay Agrawal, Global Head – Business HR, Tech Mahindra, and consisted of Dr. Devika Singh, Advocate, BSL.LLB (India), LLM (London), Ph.D (Netherlands), Co-Founder & Lead Legal Consultant – Cohere Consultants, and Ms. Preet Kushalappa Kodira, Senior Principal – HRD, Head of Grievance Redressal Body (Office of PoSH) Infosys Ltd.

Earlier Mr. Bharani K Aroll, President, HYSEA, welcoming the 360+ participants to the webinar and said, “HYSEA is a 30 year old association and has been working to support the IT/ITES Industry on several fronts. A key focus of the association is has been to increase number of Women in leadership positions”. This webinar he said is to help navigate one of the obstacles women face at workplace to reach the top.
