Industry Councils 2026 – 2028
The technology ecosystem is evolving rapidly, and the challenges and opportunities facing the industry require collective thinking, informed dialogue and decisive action.
HYSEA Industry Councils bring together senior leaders from HYSEA member organisations to collaborate on focused industry priorities, exchange peer intelligence, contribute to policy and ecosystem conversations, and turn shared perspectives into meaningful outcomes.
Designed as members-only, member-led working platforms, the Councils provide a structured forum for leaders to contribute expertise, shape priorities and help strengthen Hyderabad’s technology ecosystem.
This is more than a networking platform. It is a platform where participation leads to contribution, and contribution leads to impact.

COUNCIL STRUCTURE
COUNCIL CHAIRS
Chairs will provide the overall leadership and direction for the Council, bringing together industry perspectives around a focused set of priorities. Will provide guidance on the Council’s agenda, initiatives and outcomes, while enabling meaningful participation and engagement across the industry.
CORE COMMITTEE
Committee will bring deep industry expertise and relevant leadership experience to the Council. Working closely with the Chairs, the Committee will shape priorities, identifies key industry needs, develops initiatives and guides their execution, while drawing on insights from the wider Council community and the HYSEA Secretariat.
COUNCIL MEMBERS
Council Members bring relevant expertise, industry perspectives and on-ground insights to the Council. Their participation will help surface industry needs, challenges and emerging opportunities, contributing to discussions and initiatives that inform the Council’s priorities and work.
HOW THE COUNCILS WORK?
Focused Purpose
Each Council will advance a clearly defined industry priority and create collective value for HYSEA members and the wider ecosystem.
Member-Led Governance
Councils will be co-chaired by industry leaders from HYSEA member organisations, with support from the HYSEA Secretariat.
Curated Membership
Participation is exclusive to HYSEA member organisations, with each Council comprising an approximately 20-member core committee of senior leaders.
Regular Engagement
A quarterly full-Council meeting will serve as the common baseline, supported by more frequent working sessions or focused workstreams wherever required.
Action-Oriented Outputs
Councils may deliver research, reports, white papers, position papers, policy inputs, roundtables, capability-building programmes, partnerships and industry initiatives.
