At DBS Tech India, the global technology hub for DBS Bank, we’re incredibly proud to be at the forefront of DBS’s (Development Bank of Singapore) digital transformation.

Our recent world-class engineering efforts in use of generative AI in a fraud detection tool has boosted precision and capture rates by a remarkable 50%. This, combined with our seamless cross-border QR payments and user-friendly no-code customer verification solutions, earned DBS the “Most Innovative Bank” title in the Asia-Pacific region from Global Finance.

Beyond our technological advancements, we are deeply committed to a purpose-driven, and a sustainable future. Our dedication to addressing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges is evident in our recent roundtable discussion with industry leaders on the importance of green software, organized in partnership with HYSEA and KPMG. We are proud to lead the conversation on sustainable engineering practices.

This quarter, we’ve taken concrete action to empower communities as well. Our implementation of solar drying technology combats post-harvest food loss, while equipping women with the skills and knowledge to thrive in agribusiness. Our digital literacy lab for women, mentoring programs, and collective volunteering efforts have also earned us prestigious recognition, including the National Award for Excellence in CSR and the Best Impact CSR Project by SMX.
