PalTech: Building Teams, Capabilities and Capacity

PalTech is building the teams, skills and infrastructure to match its continued momentum. The company has sustained 25% year-on-year growth, with each addition guided by a practical question: what clients will need next, and what it will take to deliver it.

A significant part of that work is AI capability, built across roles rather than confined to a specialist team. Seventy-five percent of PalTech’s engineers are now certified in Anthropic’s Claude. Alongside AI-focused learning and technical certifications, teams are developing stronger architecture and business skills so that technology decisions connect directly to client outcomes.

ScaleX, PalTech’s internal programme for applied learning, puts this into practice. Teams take on real business and industry problems, test emerging technologies, and turn promising ideas into working solutions and accelerators.

This investment in people extends to culture. PalTech has earned Great Place to Work® certification for the third consecutive year, reflecting its continued focus on trust, inclusion, collaboration and learning.

Its workspace has evolved alongside its teams. PalTech moved into a new office designed for closer collaboration in 2025, and in 2026 expanded to a second floor to support its growing workforce.

For clients, this translates into broader expertise, stronger delivery capability and greater capacity to support evolving needs.
