Celebrating Success and Community: A Remarkable Year Ahead for New Relic India

It’s been a fantastic start to the year for New Relic India filled with field events, cultural celebrations, industry recognition, volunteer efforts, and strong momentum across the business.

One of the many highlights was receiving our Great Place to Work® certification. This achievement is a reflection of our shared values, vibrant community, and the passion each and every Relic brings to work each day.

Our Relics also participated in New Relic’s Global Day of Service to give back to our local communities. Held on 28th of January 2025, the day saw Relics across the globe volunteer their time for the benefit of charities and social impact initiatives. In India, over 400 Relics volunteered to support educational and sustainability efforts across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Jaipur, Udaipur, Mumbai and Delhi. This day was not just about community service—it was about shared purpose and the power of collective action.

In the field, the team participated in a number of high value events including the India DevOps Show in Bangalore, and the Digital Transformation Summit in Mumbai. They also hosted a series of observability roundtables in Delhi and Bangalore, and brought our global New Relic Now Live roadshow to Bangalore and Delhi where over 500 attendees came to learn about the 20+ innovations that we recently launched across our platform. Our Chief Product Officer, Manav Khurana delivered the keynote address at the event, and hosted insightful fireside chats with some of our valued customers including Swiggy and LambdaTest. In addition to Manav, we also had executive visits from our Chief Technology Officer, Siva Padisetty, and our Chief Technology Strategist, Nic Benders who spent valuable time connecting with the local teams.
