21st August 2024: The Masterclass on “Leadership in the Digital Age” by Prof. Hendrik Sebastiaan, Director of Doctoral programmes at the IEDC-Bled School of Management in Bled, Slovenia, held on 21st August 2024 at Tech Mahindra Learning World, addressed the shifting demands of leadership in today’s rapidly evolving landscape. Prof. Sebastiaan’s MINDSPACE framework, designed for leaders navigating the complexities of the digital age, resonated strongly with the audience, offering practical insights on core leadership values.
