Leadership Development Program – 47th Edition 

July 18, 2026 | The 47th Edition of the HYSEA Leadership Development Program (LDP) commenced with an inspiring inaugural, bringing together aspiring leaders for a transformative learning journey focused on building future-ready leadership capabilities. Flt Lt Bipin Chandra Dutt Pendyala, President, HYSEA & General Manager, Appen India, delivered “Art of Execution – Driving Outcomes,” sharing practical insights on translating strategy into execution and achieving impactful results. Srinivas Atreya (avika Mind Health AI) and Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha, COO, Tredence Inc., led “AI, Automation & Work Imperatives (Including Agentic AI),” exploring how AI is reshaping organizations, leadership, and the future of work. Isaac Rajkumar, SVP & MD, RealPage India, concluded the inaugural week with “Collaborative & Distributed Leadership in Agile/Remote Environments,” highlighting effective leadership approaches for high-performing hybrid and distributed teams. 

Week 2 

Week 2 encouraged participants to think strategically, embrace continuous growth, and lead confidently through change. V Laxmikanth (VLK), Managing Partner, Pavestone Capital, conducted a session on Strategic Leadership, Ecosystem Thinking & Platform Thinking, emphasizing stakeholder alignment, sustainable value creation, and execution excellence. Flt Lt Bipin Chandra Dutt Pendyala presented “Navigating the S-Curve: A Blueprint for Leaders’ Growth,” encouraging leaders to embrace continuous learning and prepare for evolving leadership challenges. Narsimha Rao Mannepalli concluded the week with “Leading in a VUCA World,” introducing practical frameworks such as VUCA, BANI, OKRs, OODA, Design Thinking, and Systems Thinking to help leaders navigate uncertainty with resilience and agility. 

Week 3 

The third week focused on strengthening the human dimensions of leadership through communication, decision-making, and executive presence. Dr. Kiranmai Pendyala delivered “High Impact Communication in Cross-Cultural Business Environments,” highlighting effective communication across diverse, global, and hybrid workplaces. Seshu Venkata led “Decision Skills: Data-Driven, Complemented with Intuition,” demonstrating how successful leaders combine analytical thinking with sound judgment to make effective decisions. Dr. Rakesh Bhatia concluded the week with “The Art of Personal Branding & Executive Presence,” encouraging participants to build authenticity, credibility, and influence while strengthening their leadership presence in both physical and digital environments. 

Week 4 – Valedictory 

The programme concluded with a valedictory week focused on empowering people, creating customer-centric organizations, and preparing leaders for the future of work. Prashanti Bodugum delivered “Mentoring & Coaching (Including Reverse Mentoring, Leveraging AI & Gen Z Focus),” emphasizing the importance of coaching, continuous learning, and leading multigenerational teams. Sairam Vedam presented “Customer Centricity (Including Persona, Journey Mapping & UX),” sharing practical approaches to designing meaningful customer experiences. Rajesh Dhuddu (PhD) concluded the programme with “Future of Work: AI, Hybrid, Multigenerational & Global Talent,” offering valuable perspectives on leading AI-enabled, globally connected, and future-ready organizations. 

Over four engaging weeks, the 47th Edition of the HYSEA Leadership Development Program provided participants with practical leadership frameworks, emerging business perspectives, and actionable insights. Through expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, and collaborative learning, the program empowered participants to think strategically, adapt confidently to change, and lead with greater impact in an evolving business landscape.
