The 46th Edition of the HYSEA Leadership Development Program (Exclusively for Women) commenced with a strong and engaging start, bringing together emerging women leaders for a structured journey focused on building future-ready leadership capabilities.
The program was inaugurated by Sumeet Mathur, who delivered an inspiring address on navigating complexity with clarity, adaptability, and purpose. His insights set the tone for the cohort, encouraging participants to approach their leadership journeys with intent and confidence.
Week 1: Building Foundations
The first week focused on strengthening core leadership capabilities through diverse and practical sessions:
- V. Laxmikanth (VLK) led a session on Thinking Skills, emphasizing data-driven decision-making combined with disciplined execution
- Bipin Chandra Dutt Pendyala spoke on The Art of Execution – Driving Outcomes, highlighting the importance of translating strategy into measurable impact
- Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha delivered a session on AI, Automation and Work Imperatives, exploring how emerging technologies, including agentic AI, are reshaping the future of work
Week 2: Expanding Leadership Perspectives
Building on this foundation, Week 2 introduced participants to broader leadership dimensions:
- Isaac Rajkumar shared insights on Collaborative and Distributed Leadership in Agile and Remote Environments, focusing on leading effectively in evolving workplace models
- Ramesh Loganathan presented a Digital Transformation Playbook for Leaders, offering practical approaches to driving digital initiatives
- Bipin Chandra Dutt Pendyala conducted a session on Economics and Finance Acumen for Leaders, simplifying key financial concepts for better decision-making
Week 3: Mentoring & Coaching in Corporates
The inaugural weeks of the program have set a strong foundation, combining practical insights, emerging technology perspectives, and leadership frameworks. The sessions have been well received, equipping participants with the mindset and tools required to navigate change and drive meaningful impact in their organizations.
This women-exclusive LDP session brought together inspiring perspectives on leadership, growth, and the evolving world of work.
Prashanti Bodugum, Centre Head, Evernorth Health Services India, led an engaging session on “Mentoring & Coaching in Corporates,” highlighting the importance of building strong coaching cultures to unlock potential and enable meaningful career progression.
The Joint Leadership Dialogue on the Future of Work featured Prashanth Nandella, President, HYSEA, and Rajesh Dhuddu (PhD), Emerging Tech Partner at PwC India. The conversation explored how AI, hybrid work models, multigenerational teams, and global talent trends are reshaping the workplace-and what it takes for leaders to stay future-ready.
Narsimha Rao Mannepalli shared valuable insights on “Leadership Challenges: Navigating Complexity, Ambiguity, and Change,” offering practical approaches to lead with clarity and confidence in dynamic environments.
A powerful and engaging session that created space for learning, reflection, and meaningful conversations among women leaders.
The session was very well received, with high energy and strong engagement throughout.
Week 4 (Conclusion): Art of Personal Branding
The 46th edition of the women-exclusive HYSEA Leadership Development Program concluded on a powerful and inspiring note – bringing together a month of learning, reflection, and transformation into one impactful finale.
The final week was a masterclass in leadership, bringing real, lived experiences to the forefront:
🔹 Dr. Kiranmai Pendyala delivered a compelling session on “Art of Personal Branding,” challenging participants to move beyond visibility to intentional positioning – owning their narrative, building credibility, and leading with authenticity.
🔹 The panel featuring Manisha Saboo (Infosys Foundation) and Anuradha A (IBM) sparked an engaging and honest dialogue on leadership journeys -sharing nuanced perspectives on building influence, navigating career inflection points, and staying grounded while scaling impact.
🔹 Swaroopa Rani brought sharp, practical insights into “Continuous Performance & Skills Growth in Tech Teams,” emphasizing the urgency of reskilling, fostering agile mindsets, and creating cultures where learning is continuous and measurable.
🔹 Rajya Lakshmi Achanta closed with a deeply insightful session on “Customer Centricity,” reinforcing that true leadership today lies in empathy-led decision making, understanding customer journeys, and embedding experience thinking into organizational DNA.
What truly stood out was the energy in the room – thoughtful questions, candid conversations, and a strong sense of community among women leaders committed to growing together. The engagement throughout the program reflected not just participation, but genuine transformation .
Over 4 weeks and 14 sessions, this journey has equipped leaders with not just frameworks, but clarity, confidence, and a powerful peer network.
A fitting close to a program that was truly
