9 Jan 2024: HYSEA hosted an insightful interaction with Telangana’s new IT Minister, Sri Duddilla Sridhar Babu on
9th Jan at Infosys Hyderabad.

IT Minister Sridhar Babu, outlined the government’s commitment to making Telangana more IT industry-friendly.

He mentioned that the focal areas will include digital transformation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and 5G technology. The Minister shared strategic plans covering infrastructure development, skill enhancement and policy reforms.

Emphasizing collaboration between industry and education, the government aims to create a purposeful educational ecosystem. Additionally, there’s a commitment to extending IT benefits to rural areas & green power generation, aligning with the fourth industrial revolution. This interaction provided a succinct overview of the Government’s vision and initiatives, setting the stage for collaborative efforts to shape Telangana’s IT landscape.

More than 150+ industry leaders attended the meeting.
