16 March 2023: A roundtable on impact hiring was organized by HYSEA and its NGO partner Nirmaan, to discuss strategies to improve the recruitment of people with disabilities (PwDs). Senior industry leaders who support hiring people with disabilities, such as Mr. Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha (EVP & Global Head – Data, Analytics, AI and Hyderabad Center Head LTI Mindtree), Dr. Shanta Thoutam (Chief Innovation Officer of the Government of Telangana), Mr. Vinay Agarwal (Global Head of Business HR at Tech Mahindra), Mr. Satya Jayaraman (Senior Director of Engineering at Qualcomm), and Mr. Sai Prasad Vishwanathan (entrepreneur and alumnus of ISB & CBIT, and former employee of Deloitte) participated in the round table.
