14th Oct 2022: HYSEA organized the first in a series of interactive workshops on “Labour Compliance for sustainable People Practices” at Franklin Templeton with Mr. Radhakrishna Murthy, Advocate and Corporate Legal Consultant. The objective of this HR Workshop series is to help member companies to prepare for the people complexities post-pandemic.
Legal challenges in the Employment contract, Compensation & Benefits, Impersonation, Dual Employment/Moonlighting, and fraudulent documentation were some of the issues discussed. More than 80+ HR leaders attended the workshop from 50+ member companies.
