HYSEA will be launching a certification program for member companies in the areas of “Sustainable People Practices” soon. The certification program will consist of 4-hour sessions on “Managing People function in building future of Businesses” and “Labour Compliance for a sustainable People Practice”.
As a precursor to the launch of the certification program, HYSEA organized a CXO Workshop on “Latest HR Updates & Solutions for Challenges”. Welcoming the participants’ Ms. Manisha Saboo, President, HYSEA said, “We would like to understand the pain points faced by our member companies and try to address them in the certification program series being planned”. Mr. M. Radha Krishna Murthy, Advocate & Corporate Legal Consultant, and Mr. GR Reddy, HYSEA MC Member and Leader, HR Interventions were present to understand the challenges faced by member companies and advice on navigating the same.
The objective of the certification series is to help HYSEA member companies to prepare for the people complexities in the business world post-Pandemic. Also, Focus on the specific issues that could be addressed.
The key topics discussed include:
- Update on the latest Labour Code 2022 (yet to be implemented)Â
- Key challenges and possible solutions (hiring, retaining and statutory compliance etc
- Participating members shared their inputs for the certification program for HR/Admin/Accts leads.
