With Our First-Ever Broad Hopes Fest, We Are Creating Everlasting Impact
Our company’s culture and principles include a strong emphasis on giving back to our communities. We deliberately work to create an environment that encourages everyone to contribute in their own ways towards the betterment of the society.
With this objective, at Broadridge India, we provide our associates the necessary tools and structure to donate to causes that are important to them. Volunteerism has been the driving force behind our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
This passion is reflected in our associates’ enthusiastic and dedicated participation. In fact, during our inaugural Broad Hopes Fest, 54% of our associates contributed through our various CSR initiatives and NGO partners. During this fest, our Hyderabad and Bangalore offices turned into vibrant wonderlands, with over 20 NGOs putting up eclectic stalls at our campuses. The showcase included handmade greeting cards and wax candles from Sri Vidyas School for Special Children, Diwali décor by the girls from The MV Foundation, the famous Hyderabad bangles stall by SOS Children’s Villages, beautiful Heena art by Craftizen Foundation, jute bags and purses by SAFA, and a free medical health check-up booth by Impact Guru Foundation.
Making the day memorable, our associates took part in designing greetings cards and painting diyas while learning about the impactful work of NGOs like Akshaya Patra, ELifecycle, Learning Space Foundation, Thalassemia Sickle Cell Society, and Good Universe.
All in all, it was an incredible celebration and each of our NGO partners, who participated in the fest, left a deep impact, inspiring us with their unwavering commitment to the betterment of our community. The success of our first-ever Broad Hopes Fest is a source of both pride and passion for us at Broadridge. It’s a testament to our commitment to bringing about long-term change and positively impacting the lives of unprivileged members of the society. With a “Broad Smile,” we continue to give back to our community!
