Building a Future-Ready Workforce Through Learning Excellence

At ZF TCI, we believe that organizational success is driven by continuous growth and capability development. During Q1 (April–June 2026), we reinforced our commitment to creating a future-ready workforce through targeted upskilling and leadership development initiatives.

Over 1,200+ employees participated in structured development programs, completing more than 6,000 learning hours across technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership domains. Our capability-building portfolio focuses on software engineering, automotive domain expertise, quality excellence, product knowledge, and leadership effectiveness.

Key initiatives included the Tech Elevate: Mechanical Competency Program, ASPICE, ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity Engineering, Python Scripting, Agile-Scrum, Six Sigma, Product Competency Programs, and leadership development interventions such as Inclusive Leadership and Change Management etc…

A major focus during the quarter was accelerating future-skills readiness. Through curated learning pathways, expert-led workshops, mentoring engagements, and peer-learning forums, associates gained practical knowledge that could be directly applied to workplace challenges. More than 80% of the identified workforce successfully completed role-based upskilling journeys, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional growth and capability enhancement.

The impact extended beyond participation metrics. Over 80% of participants reported that the programs effectively enhanced their knowledge and skills, reinforcing the practical value and business relevance of the interventions. Learning became a catalyst for collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.

By fostering a culture where development is encouraged and growth is celebrated, ZF TCI continues to equip its workforce with the skills, confidence, and mindset required to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

At ZF TCI, capability building is not just about developing skills, it is about shaping the innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders of tomorrow.
