Developed by DispatchTrack’s India-based Engineering Team, DT Agent leverages sophisticated AI-based workflows to offer real-time automation, personalized communication, and intelligent escalation within customer delivery experiences.  

This new innovation drives deeper customer engagement, seamlessly assisting customers while freeing up customer service resources. Keeping customers informed at scale can be a huge pain point for delivery organizations, and DT Agent automates these customer interactions with intelligent AI that responds instantly, providing answers and solutions, and quickly escalating to a human agent when needed.

The work done by DispatchTrack India on these comes as part of longstanding initiatives around AI and customer experience. Our teams have recently expanded DispatchTrack’s world-leading customer experience capabilities to include automated delivery notifications and smarter NPS tracking. At the same time, we’ve worked to further enhance our best-in-class route optimization capabilities by leveraging machine learning to predict delivery service ETAs.
