01 Feb 2024: HYSEA, NASSCOM, and Synopsys collaborated to host a DEI Roundtable titled “Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Insights from Industry Champions” on February 1st, 2024, at the Synopsys Hyderabad office.

Distinguished leaders from both industry and academia convened for an engaging dialogue aimed at sharing exemplary practices for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. Among the esteemed attendees was Cristina Hernandez, Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Synopsys.

Leenika Khattar, NASSCOM’s DEI Leader, opened the event with a thought-provoking presentation that highlighted the main findings of a thorough study that NASSCOM conducted. Subsequently, participants engaged in an interactive roundtable discussion, exchanging perspectives, best practices, and personal anecdotes related to DEI initiatives.
