29 March 2023: Aspire More is a networking platform designed to encourage women to assume leadership positions. Google served as the host of the networking event in March. A fascinating panel discussion on how resilience is a key challenge in a world of constant disruption and rising uncertainty featured Google leaders Chitra Sood, Madhuri Duggirala, and Sasi Challa Tadepalli. They offered some practical advice on how to build resilience and stay ahead of the curve.

“Aspire More” Leaders also had an exclusive privilege of participating in a global workshop #IAmRemarkable. The workshop was facilitated by seasoned Googlers Saradhambika Kameswaran, Anuradha Rao, and Sneha Srinivasan.

The key takeaway from the session was to celebrate achievements in life and work. To create a personal brand leaving aside the bias associated with self-promotion. The participants went back equipped with tools to develop the skill.
