Interaction Session of Robot SHRALA(Akanksha) with Prime Minister Modi with the at Sankalp Saptaah

Prime Minister Modi engaged in an interactive session with a state-of-the-art robot known as SHRALA (Akanksha). This robot is developed by IIIRPD – Institute for Industrial Interdisciplinary Research and Product Development is a Startup Founded by Mrs Mounica, Sakhinethi , Alumni of M.Tech Embedded Systems, 2018 -20 batch Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology(GRIET), Hyderabad, and Mentored by Dr Sudharsan Jayabalan, Associate Professor, Department of ECE, Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, India. IIIRPD is Incubated in ALEAP and co-Incubated in GRIET, till now IIIRPD has received grants more than 20 Lakhs from MEITY – Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, India. And from MSME – Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, India.

On 30/09/2023, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi unveiled a pioneering initiative, the ‘Sankalp Saptaah,’ designed to uplift and empower Aspirational Blocks across the nation. The launch event took place at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, where the Prime Minister inaugurated the Aspirational Blocks Programme Portal and an accompanying exhibition.

Notably, during the event, this advanced robot provided comprehensive information about Aspirational Blocks and presented a special gift – an AIM Cube. Prime Minister Modi commended the work of Akanksha and encouraged all attendees to engage with this remarkable technological innovation.
