Our event on March 26th offered a deep dive into the evolution of the HYSEA Women Forum and its impactful initiatives like Ignite-spark and Aspire-More, which have expanded to include LDPs, Catalyst, and more.

Prashanth Nandella, President of HYSEA, shared inspiring outcomes from these initiatives, positively impacting over 50,000 women.

Thought Leadership: Guided by Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha and Sravanthi Lanka (Nalamotu), the Open House showcased dynamic discussions with top industry leaders Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha, Jaideep Agarwal, Pallavi Katiyar, Radhika Harivanam, Rajita Singh, Smriti Mathur, Sravanthi Lanka, Vani Singireddy. Topics ranged from the importance of meritocracy to strategies for effective return-to-work programs, highlighting the critical role of ERGs and leadership role models in promoting inclusivity.

Engagement: The session included an Ask-Me-Anything segment, allowing attendees to engage directly with leaders, followed by the “Steps Drama Learning Development” skit. This performance brilliantly covered key topics of interest such as hybrid work, career progression, and multi-generational workforce, well received by the audience.
