Mr. Bharani Kumar Aroll takes over as President of HYSEA for the term 2020-22 New Executive and Managing Committees also elected |

HYSEA in its 28th Annual General Body meeting elected a new Executive and Managing Committee. The Executive Committee then unanimously elected Mr. Bharani K Aroll, CEO of Infopeers Solutions, as President of HYSEA for the term 2020-22. He takes over this responsibility from Mr. Murali Bollu, CEO, ZenQ. |
Mr. Bharani Kumar Aroll is the CEO of Infopeers Solutions, a subsidiary of US based company called Techtriad Inc. Prior to co-founding Infopeers ,He was the country head for Butler America India operations and managed Global IT/BPO services at Butler America Inc. He has above 30 years of experience in the areas of IT, Engineering and BPO services across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Telecom, Healthcare, BFSI and Retail domains. He has proven expertise in planning, developing, and implementing outsourcing/offshoring solutions in diverse technology platforms to address business opportunities. |

Newly elected executive committee called on the Hon'ble IT Minister & IT Secretary |
The newly elected HYSEA executive committee called on the IT Minister Shri. K. T. Rama Rao garu on 25th May 2020 at Pragati Bhawan and discussed various aspects of the industry and future post-covid scenarios. KTR garu made valuable suggestions and reaffirmed his support for HYSEA initiatives. It was a very productive meeting where several immediate and medium term actions were agreed upon to reinforce Telangana’s image as the choice destination for IT and ITeS industry. Earlier the EC members had also met Shri. Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, ITE&C Department on 18th May 2020. |

TV5-HYSEA e-Tech TV Series Program launched on May 19th focuses on emerging technologies, relevant to IT industry with particular focus on entry level professionals and students waiting to join the Industry. It is one hour LIVE program with viewers calling in with questions on the topic. The anchor also takes questions thru email. These will be demystifying sessions with an overview followed by key features, typical applications of the technology, domains where it is making an impact, pre-requisite knowledge to learn this technology, further resources to pursue if one is seriously interested. #IT4TS PROJECT – INDUSTRY’S FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19 |

For the first time in history, HYSEA has brought together 4 major IT associations in Hyderabad - NASSCOM, SCSC, AMCHAM and TiE together under #IT4TS project (IT for Telangana State) to raise funds to fight Covid-19. Employees across several companies have contributed their 1-day or 2-day salaries, companies matched them, and contributed their CSR funds via United Way to help purchase testing and diagnostic equipment for local government hospitals. |

WORK FROM HOME SURVEY |
 |
HYSEA organised an in-depth survey on Work from Home (WFH) and Work from Office(WFO) percentages and how the future is going to look like.
The survey has received an overwhelming response with 195 IT/ITES companies responding. These companies belonged to IT services, IT Products and IT enabled Services. The size of the companies ranged from Micro(0-100 employees), Small(100-500 employees), Medium(500-1000) and Large(>1000 employees). This survey analysed the data based on two key factors: Nature of company’s business & Size of the company. Click here to download the report!

Executive Committee members of HYSEA including HYSEA President, Mr. Bharani Aroll, Vice President, Kiran Cherukuri, Joint Secretary, Isaac Rajkumar, and Secretary, Prashanth Nandella, R. Srinivas Rao, COO, HYSEA participated in the drive by planting saplings at Knowledge City. Mr. Vinod Kumar, Zonal Manager, TSIIC was also present on the occasion. |
