Hyderabad, 18th April 2019– HYSEA organized the its first ever Infrastructure Summit today at HICC. The theme of the summit was ‘Future Frontiers of Corporate Real Estate’ that gave insights to excel in corporate real estate in the broader built environment.
Welcoming the gathering at Infrastructure Summit, Mr. Murali Bollu, President, HYSEA and CEO, ZenQ,said, “The Infra Forum was the brainchild of the thought leaders of the Facility Management. This summit was solely for the FM team, by the FM team and of the FM team. Infra Forum is the newest addition to the HYSEA family, and we are proud to be hosting this our first INFRA Summit.”
Chief Guest Mr. Ajay Mishra,IAS, Special Chief Secretary, Department of Energy, speaking at the Summit, said, “Hyderabad will continue to be preferred destination for businesses for long time to come, due to its excellent Infrastructure”. He shared governments plan for future, including creating a Regional Ring Road around Hyderabad, proposed to be 250kms in length and 50-60 kms radius from Hyderabad which will further improve travel times around the capital.
He later presented the first Facility Management Innovation & Excellence Awards 2019.
Mr. Ajay Mishra also launched the White Paper on ‘Changing Times of Corporate Real Estate – Evolving Trends in Facilities Management’ by JLL. Mr. Sandeep Patnaik, MD Hyd & Head Capital Markets South India JLL, was also present.

Ms. Karuna Gopal – President, Foundation for Futuristic Cities, said, “Urbanization needs to be embraced and it is linked to economic Development. It is important to understand Urban Eco System in India. In the concept of infrastructure, we have this new concept as soft infrastructure. A smart city is economically viable, equity and environmentally safe. Infrastructure from the national level should be looked at universally. It should be accessible to senior citizens, women and children.”
Mr. NVS Reddy – MD, HMRL mentioned, “Hyderabad Metro Rail has a made a huge impact in Hyderabad. Hyderabad Metro Station has a socio-economic agenda for the city, and this will completely transform the city. Traffic Congestion has gone down. Creating hubs of activity at all metro stations. Several multiplexes have been created.”
