HYSEA hosts its first ever BIZ Summit 2020 – Expanding Growth Horizons

 Hyderabad, 23rdJanuary 2020:HYSEA hosted its first ever business summit – BIZ Summit 2020-Expanding Growth Horizons’at Avasa Hotels in Hyderabad today. The business summit focused on outstanding business leaders providing trade insights and effective strategies for expanding growth horizons.

The summit highlighted the ever expanding opportunity landscape that has evolved due to disruptive forces of a dynamic marketplace deeply impacted by innovations, new business models and rapidly changing world of emerging technologies. To help industry leaders and member cos. The summit provided a unique opportunity for the business leaders comprising of CEO’s, CXO’S, CTO’s, CFO’s, Senior Level Managers, HR, Finance, Marketing Heads, IT Solutions Providers, Logistics, Supply Chain Companies, Academic & Research Bodies.

The key focus areas of the business summit was-

  • Opportunity Landscape of future & how it will impact the businesses
  • The art and science of selling to new age customer
  • Technology’ to accelerate growth

The summit began with lighting of the lamp by U. S. Consul General in Hyderabad, Mr. Joel Reifman.  In his opening address, he said “I am very honoured to participate in the first ever BIZ Summit hosted by HYSEA and it is my pleasure to be united by people from the IT and services industry in Hyderabad.  There is tremendous opportunity for growth in the IT industry in India. Telugu is the one fastest growing languages in US. Indian diaspora represents Indian companies in United States.” He added that the US consulate in Hyderabad has issued 2 million students visas. We also encourage India companies to invest in United States. We are proud about corporate social responsibilities being encouraged by the companies India and US.

Sanchit Vir Gogia, Founder & CEO, Greyhound Research, in his keynote address spoke about how Future is distributed, not just Digital.  He mentioned the companies will have to create multiple visions of future. The market is brimming with opportunities with distributed computing, distributed ecosystems, distributed data and distributed experiences. Every Nation has a unique sense of problem and what they can create is the best version of the solution.”

The summit was broadly categorised into 5 parts-

The first session focused on Future is distributed, not just Digitalby Sanchit Vir Gogia, Founder & CEO, Greyhound Research.

This session was followed panel discussion on New Business models consisting of Jignesh Talasila, Co-Founder & CEO of PerspectAI; Rama Kuppa, Founder, CEO of Ongo Framework; Ram Kalyan Meduri, Founder & CEO of; Ronak S, Co-Founder of Nowfloats.

The third segment was a panel discussion on Effective Account Management for Retention & Growth. The session consisted of Rahul Agarwal, Director, BD, APAC, Cognizant Technology Solutions; Kiran Cherukuri, CEO, TechEra Consulting; Nirmala Datla, SVP-Product Engineering Services, HCL Technologies; Gaurav Kataria, VP & Head A&D, Digital, Cyient Ltd.

The fourth segment was Founders Fireside Chatwhich comprised Rohit Chennamaneni, Co-founder and Head of Operations, Darwinbox; Shyam Pal Reddy, Founder of GGK Technologies and Ravi S Rao, MD, Valuemomentum.

The final session of the submit was a panel discussion on 10X Marketing – Latest Tools and Processescomprising of Madhuri Duggirala, Senior Director, Scaled Services of Google; Santosh Abraham, CEO of Research NXT; Ankush Garg, Director Consulting of Deloitte Digital; Satinder Juneja Head Corporate Marketing at L&T Infotech Ltd and Subhendu Pattnaik, SVP&Global Head Marketing at Cigniti Technologies.
