A hands-on, participatory, practical and energising digital marketing workshop was organised by HYSEA in association Google on 22nd September 2018. This was the first workshop as part of BizSeries@HYSEA– a series of seminars and workshops that will bring the latest in business topics to our members. More than 65 participants from 35 member companies participated in the workshop. Sreekant Lanka,heads Programmatic Account Strategy, Google India, and Amrita Srikanth, Search Ads 360 Specialist,, Google India facilitated the session.
The focus of the workshop was on use of social media to engage the target segment of a brand. The participants also designed a real time digital marketing program for a brand, in order to develop an understanding of how real-world organizations can address the opportunities and challenges of digital media. The use and optimization of basic social media tools [Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube] and Understand and utilizing Search Engine Marketing, Display advertising and mobile marketing in B2C and C2C industries were also discussed at length.
