| Notes: |
| a) |
Fees indicated are for individual events. As an incentive to members to take part in all events, by paying Rs.30, 000, a company can take part in all the above events. Please send in your participation fees by 25th July 2008. |

Sponsorship amount includes entry fees. |
| c) |
CEO Events: only the CEO / Center Head or next level can participate in this event. Each company can send 1 entry except Tennis where 2 entries will be accepted. |
| d) |
In case of less entries, HYSEA reserves the right to cancel any event; in which case proportionate participation fee (for companies that have paid Rs. 30,000) will be refunded. |
| e) |
Carroms: Since we couldn’t conduct this event in 2007-08, this event is free for all members that had paid participation fees in 2007-2008. For other members, the participation fee is Rs. 3,000. |
