| HYSEA Annual General Body Meeting |
The Annual General Body Meeting of HYSEA was held at TCS Deccan Park, Madhapur on 25th April 2008.

The AGM in addition to the normal agenda of approving the accounts for the year 2007-08 and presentation of Annual report by the President transacted the following business: |

The AGM unanimously elected Mr. M. Narsimha Rao, Vice President & Centre Head, Infosys, Hyderabad as its President for the term 2008-2010. He takes over this responsibility from Dr. Anil Jampala, VP, Satyam Computer Services Ltd., who completed his 2 year term. |
|
The AGM also approved the increase in membership fee for the 'C' category (Member with annual revenue above 25 crores) of members effective this financial year from current Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000/- per annum. This was necessitated to adequately meet expenditure for increased HYSEA activities and various new initiatives. There will not be any change for categories A and B. |

The AGM also saw the official launch of the new HYSEA website developed in association with one of our member company ValueLabs. |
|
Outgoing going President Dr. Anil Jampala, honoured the team from ValueLabs
for their contribution to the design and development of the new HYSEA Website.
He also honored HYSEA ’s media partner Perfect Relations for continued support
of HYSEA activities. |
