To further reinforce our focus on this important need for Leadership Development at strategic level, HYSEA organized a special CEO forum with Mr. Arjun Rao, Founder and CEO of ValueLabs at ValueLabs on 5th December 2007. He spoke on "The ValueLabs growth story - from 3 people to 1500 people - sharing what worked for us...” It was a highly interactive session and was considered immensely valuable by CEOs/Senior Leadership who attended the session. The growth of ValueLabs from 3 associates to 1500 associates with spectacular business results over a short period of 10 years could be role model for emerging companies.

Mr. Arjun Rao started ValueLabs in 1997 with a vision to create a unique company; one with a different approach to business.
