HYSEA in association with APITCO and STP Hyderabad hosted the visit of a 10 member ICT delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 22nd Jan'07 at Infosys facility, Manikonda. The visit of this delegation was coordinated by FICCI. The delegation was led by Dr.Abdul Aziz Abdul Latif Bakr Jazzer, Executive partner, Malaz Group and facilitated by the Joint Chamber of Commerce of Saudi Arabia. The objective of the visit was to explore business opportunities in the IT development and Training Segments with particular emphasis on Small and Medium Enterprises (SME's).

Dr.Anil Jampala, President, HYSEA , welcomed the delegates and gave a brief on the relevance of such visits for mutual benefit of both the countries. He also stated that HYSEA was represented recently in Nov-Dec'06 in an APITCO led delegation to KSA. Mr. Srinivas Rao, MD, APITCO, briefed about the work done by his organization and Mr. Manoj Kumar, Director, STP, Hyderabad, explained the mission of STP in facilitating IT development in the country.

Dr. Abdul Aziz the leader of the KSA delegation briefed the participants about the objective of the delegation, and introduced all the members of the delegation.

The interactive meeting followed by one on one meeting with potential business partners from both sides yielded promising results and business leads to work on.
