The 9th HYSEA HR Forum meeting was held at Intergraph Consulting Pvt.Ltd, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Ms. Hema M Srinivasan of Dale Carnegie Training made a presentation on "Leadership Today". The presentation covered the following topics:

The forum later had a brain storming session with the core HR team to finalize the logistics for the one day HR seminar tentatively scheduled for 29th September 2007. The core team finalized the title of the seminar as Performance Management – Organizational Challenges and Opportunities.
