Mr. B. S. RAO

Mr. Rao is currently working with FranklinCovey as an Executive Vice President, who are the global leaders in Training and consulting. Prior to this Mr. Rao had spent 21 plus years in IT industry in India and other countries. Part of this Mr. Rao had implemented IT solutions for Fortune 500 countries and made them to be more profitable and high growth oriented.

In Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Rao had implemented computerised driving license system which was the first time in India. The same was spread across India in many states. Mr. Rao has high level of domain experience of Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Energy, Road and Education.

Mr. Rao has been working extensively with C- level executives as well with the Board members. At the same time Mr. Rao mentored and coached his team for their peak performance, which consistently received highest performance awards.

Part of the FranklinCovey, Mr. Rao had great interactions with Dr.Ram Charan and Dr.Stephen R Covey and been mentored by them on various aspects of organizational as well on people performance.

Mr. Rao loves working with people and believes strongly that every person is a potential to perform and coaching is the right tool towards unleashing the potential.

Mr. Rao did his engineering in Electronics and communications and he is a Stanford Alumni. Mr. Rao is also a member of Toast Masters and completed CTM.
