Valedictory Function of 7th Leadership Skill Workshop

21st March 2009, TCS, Deccan Park

The Valedictory function of the 7th Leadership Skills Workshop, exclusively for Women Leaders and Managers was held at TCS, Deccan Park on 21st March 2009. More than 50 women associates from member companies participated in the workshop which started on 10th January 2009.

Mr. Shakti Sagar, MD, ADP India was the Chief Guest on the occasion and delivered the valedictory address. He gave away certificates to the participants. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Narsimha Rao, President HYSEA said “The tremendous success of this program was truly inspiring and HYSEA is willing to organize more programs on similar lines". Other panelist and faculty were also present on the occasion.

The objective of the workshop was to help develop leadership competencies for future Women Leaders - Managers who are currently junior and Middle level Leaders. The program was conducted in 12 sessions (Each session - 2hrs) with a number of Panel discussions, case studies, role plays, individual and team exercises on alternate Saturdays from 9.30am to 1.45pm followed by lunch. The topics covered as part of the workshop were:

A panel of experienced faculty was drawn for this program, from CEOs/Senior leaders from our member companies.
