The 6th Leadership Skills workshop was formally inaugurated by Mr. Narsimha Rao, President, HYSEA on 7th June 2008 at TCS Deccan Park. The inaugural was attended by some of the faculty and all the 56 participants from 25 member companies.
The objective of the workshop is to develop leadership competencies for future leaders - managers who are currently in Module / Team Leader or equivalent role. The program will be conducted in 8 interactive modules with a number of case studies, role plays, individual and team exercises on alternative Saturday from 9.30am to 5.00pm with tea/ lunch breaks in between.
